Shipping Policy:

Welcome to ÈSTÉ, 

All our pieces are produced and shipped out from Cairo, Egypt.

We’re currently shipping all over Egypt. The orders are delivered within 7 business days from the date of your purchase in Cairo and Alex, and 10 business days to other areas.

Important Note: Orders including accessories may take longer time to be delivered (around 14 working days) than mass-produced items, because all accessories are carefully handmade to ensure the highest quality.

The shipment fees vary from a province to another, so please make sure to check the shipping fees before confirming your order. 

Please keep in mind that you are not allowed to open your order while the courier is there. So we kindly advise you to pay the courier upon delivery. If you wish to exchange or refund your purchased item, please read our policy below. 

Exchange and Refund Policy: 

We recommend all our customers to try on their purchased items as soon as they receive it, just to make sure you are able to return the item within our timeframe.

In case of any exchange or refund, the delivery fees are the responsibility of the customer. Every piece we send out is initially quality controlled, however, if you received a damaged/ defected product, or with a manufacturing fault, we will be pleased to offer a full cash back or a free refund as long as you have notified us upon arrival that the piece is damaged.

We want all our customers to be completely happy with their online purchase.

When the courier arrives, you are allowed to try the pieces wight away- but just a few minutes, please. Couriers typically can only wait 5-10 minutes at the door before needing to move on to their next stop.

If you have a problem with the product you have purchased from us, we will gladly accept exchanges and refunds under the following conditions:

• It’s  within 7 days from the date of your purchase, with the exchange extra fees.
• Items are in the same condition in which they were with the ticket attached. 
• Items have not been washed or in any way used.

Once you notify us that you need to exchange/ refund, a courier will pass by and pick it up from you. Please notice that in that case, fees are the responsibility of the customer. So you will need to give the fees to the same courier.

Once we receive your return (which takes 48 hours), we will notify you right away. And we will also notify you if your refund is approved or rejected, depending on the above conditions.

 And in case you wish to return or exchange the item, you can easily reach us through email or messages, and follow the steps below:

Send an email to estebysandra@gmail.com  or send a message to esteshop_ on instagram or facebook within 7 days of receiving your order. The email must include your order number (if you purchased through email) , details related to the item and the reason why you wish to return it. We will reply to your email or message once we receive it and we will start processing right away.
