Delivery and Exchange Policy
Shipping Policy:
Welcome to ÈSTÉ,
All our pieces are produced and shipped out from Cairo, Egypt.
We’re currently shipping all over Egypt. The orders are delivered within 7 business days from the date of your purchase in Cairo and Alex, and 10 business days to other areas.
The shipment fees vary from a province to another, so please make sure to check the shipping fees before confirming your order.
Please keep in mind that you are not allowed to open your order while the courier is there. So we kindly advise you to pay the courier upon delivery. If you wish to exchange or refund your purchased item, please read our policy below.
Exchange and Refund Policy:
We want all our customers to be completely happy with their online purchase.
If you have a problem with the product you have purchased from us, we will gladly accept exchanges and refunds under the following conditions:
- It’s within 7 days from the date of your purchase, with the exchange extra fees.
- Items are in the same condition in which they were with the ticket attached.
- Items have not been washed or in any way used.
The courier will check and review the returned item and if it’s missing any of these conditions, you will not be eligible for a refund nor and exchange.
We recommend all our customers to try on their purchased items as soon as they receive it, just to make sure you are able to return the item within our timeframe.
Also keep in mind that you are not allowed to try the item and keep the courier waiting. So we strongly request to pay the courier upon delivery.
In case of any exchange or refund, the delivery fees are the responsibility of the customer.
However, in the case of receiving a damaged, or a different product, we are pleased to offer a full cash-back or a free exchange.
And in case you wish to return or exchange the item, you can easily reach us through email or messages, and follow the steps below:
Send an email to estebysandra@gmail.com or send a message to esteshop_ on instagram or facebook within 14 days of receiving your order. The email must include your order number (if you purchased through email) , details related to the item and the reason why you wish to return it. We will reply to your email or message once we receive it and we will start processing right away.
